Andrew Stevens: Founder & Director, Uncharted Leadership (Based in Adelaide, South Australia)

Andrew helps leaders navigate uncertainty and make progress on complex challenges. His work focuses on developing leadership for a complex world, through a combination of consulting, teaching and research. Andrew designs and facilitates programs internationally on leadership, managing in complexity, adaptive leadership and change. Barry is an experienced leadership educator, executive coach and consultant specializing in developing people and organizations. He is passionate about helping individuals develop more expansive mindsets necessary for addressing the complex environments they lead. Barry has conducted leadership development training and executive coaching throughout the United States and internationally.

Lucinda Pow: Senior Manager of Communication and Engagement Strategy, University Of Adelaide (Adelaide, South Australia)

Lucinda is highly experienced in strategic communication for internal and external audiences. Creating impactful communication, engagement and change plans across Government, Higher Education and the community/non-profit sector.
